The idea for Fylde Kids Foundation first began mid 2023 when local businesses saw schools and youth groups reaching out for help, it became very apparent that the children of our local community need help with basic items and every day essentials. Since then we have progressively taken on more tasks to support the next generation and put smiles on their faces.

We have been researching many statistics for the standard of living on the Fylde Coast to get a better understanding of which areas of young peoples lives are being affected by hardship. We can clearly see that right now is the time to intervene and prevent more children being affected by the financial hardships that families face and ensure that all children can have access to the necessities to grow and develop equally to build a positive future.
We connect with local businesses and groups to ensure that we can help to provide what is needed and we will reach out to ALL children that are struggling within our local community. Starting from 2024, we intend to become the answer to the problems that this community faces. We will be openly working with schools, community groups and clubs to ensure that we can achieve our targets and sufficiently provide the correct help across the board. Parents, carers and guardians are also encouraged to reach out to us so we can help, support and provide the necessities where we can.
